Terms, refunds and shipping

These terms apply to pre-orders of ദി സ്‌പേസ് ബിറ്റ്‌വീൻ അസ് placed on this page, sold by Shan Arakkal, [[ YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS ]], you@yourdomain.com, [[ YOUR PHONE ]].

What a pre-order is

You are reserving a copy of a book that has not been published yet. The expected release date is 1 January 1970. Copies are dispatched on or after that date.

When you pay

No payment is taken now. We will email you a payment link closer to the release date.

Prices and delivery charges

Prices are in Indian rupees and include all applicable taxes. Delivery within India is ₹40 per order.

Delivery

We dispatch within [[ 3–5 ]] working days of the release date, by [[ India Post / courier ]]. Delivery usually takes a further [[ 3–7 ]] working days. We will email you when your copy is sent.

If the release date moves

Publishing dates sometimes slip. If the release is delayed we will email you with the new date, and you may cancel for a full refund at any point before your copy is dispatched.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. Email you@yourdomain.com with your order number.
If your copy arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent, tell us within [[ 7 ]] days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within [[ 5–10 ]] working days of approval.
We cannot accept returns of an undamaged book simply because it has been opened or read.

Our liability

If something goes wrong with your order, our responsibility is limited to refunding or replacing what you paid for.

Governing law
